Klarna, a leading Fintech shopping app with 20 million users worldwide, faced a challenge: maintaining brand consistency across diverse markets. I led the global social strategy to address this by revamping processes and designing monthly organic content. This approach, blending global adaptability with local resonance, ensured a unified brand presence. This project was one of several social series we produced, specifically part of our Designer Spotlight series featuring various collaborators.
